Casa del Banco ( Spanish for house of the bank) is a registered business name in NSW.  It is ideally situated in the centre of Glen Innes, on the main street next door to the historic town hall.

The Casa del Banco is beautifully and uniquely decorated with many antiques from around the world and is to be sold on walk in walk out basis

 

Glen Innes is situated on the New England Tablelands and sits on the New England Highway at the cross roads from N/S and E/W. 
  • 4 1/2 hours from Brisbane
  • 2 hours from Grafton and the coast
  • 7 hours from Sydney
  • all main traffic from Melbourne and westward from Moree and outback traffic.

 

The tourist board and visitors centre here do a wonderful job in promotion under the Big Sky country advertisements.  With popular annual festivals such as 9 day Land of the Beardies Festival, Celtic Festival and Gem Festival and an International Food Festival is currently being organized. Glen Innes is the Celtic capital of Australia and the Celtic Festival in May is attended by tourist worldwide.

Our business is based not only on tourism ( which plays an important part) but has great support from the local community.  Many of the local brides from Glen Innes choose to spend their wedding nights here
