Within walking distance of the Noble Grape is the town site of Cowaramup, know to the locals as Cow-town. Historically built to service the surrounding dairy farms, it has now become a central location for major wine industry events and provides some fantastic and unique tourist experiences while still maintaining it's quaintness and country feel. Some of the local attractions include:

• Margaret Riviera. Moon-Haven Soaps,lotions & potions.
• The Cowaramup Store.

Recreation facilities within the townsite include: tennis courts, bowling club, basketball hoop, playgrounds, barbecue facilities, football oval and walk trails (including Rail to Trails track to Margaret River). Also within walking distance are the Post office, Service Station, Butcher and other local shops.

Guest Rooms
There are six spacious rooms, each with ensuite with hairdryer and private courtyard, TV, DVD player, radio, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, revearse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fan. One of the six rooms has two bedrooms to accommodate a family of five. There is also a room with universal access. Microwave, barbeque and rice cooker are available for guest use. A fully equipped laundry is available for guests to use. Each room has its own ironing facilities.

Cottage Garden
The dining room opens on to colourful English cottage gardens, an ever changing and thoroughly uplifting feature of the guest-house. A leisurely breakfast watching native birds amongst the flowers is something to be remembered, as is a solitary moment on the garden bench with a good book.

Just short of Margaret River you pass through Cowaramup, a quiet hamlet with the distinction of being closer to most of the Margaret River vineyards than Margaret River itself.
